An ethereal, shadowy figure, Nyx was present at or near the beginning of creation, a mother figure to other personified deities such as Hypnos (Sleep), Thanatos (Death), with Erebus (Darkness).
Here she is beautifully immortalised in resin, holding a staff topped with a crescent moon, she holds her dress as she floats. Her dress is also decorated with celestial stars and moon designs.
