My order isn’t what I expected/I’ve changed my mind. Can I return it?
At Midnight Rose Emporium, we strive to ensure that every product is accurately represented and accompanied by clear photos. However, we understand that online shopping can sometimes be unpredictable. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for any reason. Simply email your return request, along with your order number, to support@midnightrose-emporium.com. Once approved, you can send back the item. Please note that return postage costs will not be reimbursed. 

Can I cancel my order?
Thank you for considering our products! Orders may be cancelled up until the point they are shipped, including pre-order products. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out via email. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you.

Help! My item arrived broken!

Whilst I take the utmost care in packaging all orders as securely as possible, things do get damaged in transit sometimes. If your item has arrived damaged or is faulty, please send an email to support@midnightrose-emporium.com. Be sure to include your order number in the email, along with photos of the packaging and details of the damage. Damaged items do not usually need to be returned.

At Midnight Rose Emporium, we strive to ensure that your parcels reach you in a timely manner. However, in the event that a parcel is returned to us as ‘Unclaimed’ or ‘Refused’, please note that there will be additional shipping costs to have it re-sent. Additionally, there may be return import fees which will be deducted from the refund. These costs can be conveniently paid via PayPal or through our website. It’s important to mention that if you choose to have the item refunded, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. We recommend checking your tracking information if a parcel hasn’t arrived on the expected delivery date, as it may have been returned to your local depot for collection or re-delivery arrangements.
