Shipping & Delivery Info;

 

I ship worldwide from the UK. 

Orders are usually dispatched in 2-4 working days. During busy times this may increase to 4-7 working days. I use the following services; Royal Mail, Yodel & UPS.

If you need your order by a certain date please email me before ordering. 

Delivery Estimates;

UK 1-3 working days after dispatch
Europe 4-7 working days after dispatch
Rest of World 7-20 working days after dispatch

If you have a 'safe place' for delivery please add it to the notes section at checkout.

Should your order not arrive, please contact Midnight Rose Emporium, a full refund or a replacement will be offered once 15 days (for UK orders) or 20 days (international orders) has elapsed. 

Please be aware that orders being shipped out of the UK may be subject to customs charges or import fees, these are not Midnight Rose Emporium's responsibility and will not be reimbursed. Most EU countries have import fees since the UK is no longer a part of the EU, fees may vary depending on the total value of your order.

Customers in the USA; Customs charges are now included in the shipping cost for most items, this is still a very new process since the end of the De Minimis exemption in August 2025. Only parcels sent with Royal Mail have the customs paid in advance, if you order a large amount of items or anything that requires a courier to deliver additional charges may apply. If you are ordering multiple items you're welcome to email me before placing the order so I can check the shipping cost, it may be slightly cheaper than the price at checkout depending on the items.

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING & FAQ

Popular items are now available to pre-order for the next restock. Pre-orders are processed as normal orders with full payment being taken upon purchase. Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time up until the date they're due to be restocked. All pre-order shipment dates are estimated and may be subject to change due to any delays in manufacturing, or the products being delayed in transit to the supplier. Delays are out of my control and any change in estimated shipping date will be updated on the product pre-order page so you can check the status at any time.

Pre-ordering guarantees you will secure the item from the next restock, as items made available for pre-order are usually in high demand you can rest assured you won't miss out when they're available. Pre-ordering also gives me an idea of how many items I need to order to meet demand and hopefully avoid disappointments from missing out!
